"The property was nothing outstanding. It was adequate and clean. Parking was convenient as it's a small lot. What made it alright was it's location on moonstone beach. It's an older motel property that was upgraded and rooms remodeled, and I think $700+ for two nights was overpriced. They did serve a continental breakfast that was ok, if you wanted something light. It was quiet and the room was very clean. Close to the downtown area that if you wanted to walk to, you could. The ocean view was beautiful but you had to open your drapes to face the walkway and parking, so not much privacy if you wanted to take in the view from your room. We did not interact with the staff as we were gone during the day."

"We did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked nice. This hotel is older building with odd furniture .. but all clean and in good repair. Bed was comfortable and nice rain shower head. The breakfast was to be expected for the venue and the price. Eggs Sausage waffles yogurt toast and packaged danish options. very close to Cal Poly and a few walkable dining choices and convenience store. "

"The stay was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was great 👍 The only criticism i have was there food. Not the best. I order chicken wings for lunch/dinner time and it was not good at all the chicken was raw and undercooked i didnt even try to finish it and i still got very sick. Other than there food, everything else was great. "

"This was the first place we stopped on a very long road trip. It was the nicest of all the hotels we stayed at in this price range throughout California, Oregon, and Washington! 100% would return here if we go back to San Luis Obispo again. Beautiful pool, and very generous and delicious breakfast included. "
