"I was given a very warm welcome and offered a homemade cookie ( very delicious). I stayed in.room.8 a single small but more than adequate, everything was provided and the room and bathroom.were spotlessly clean. The hotel requires that you pre-order breakfast for delivery at a chosen time slot, the next morning it arrived bang on time and was lovely and hot with everything you could expect. "This was our 4th visit to Pooley Bridge. It has parking and free WiFi. The menu is varied and well priced. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty, functional and the beds are comfortable. The towels are huge and fluffy. "

"Fantastic cottage, just 5 miles from Keswick. Small and quaint, everything you need for a week away. Kitchen well stocked, private outside area to sit and chill of an evening. To big bedrooms, one with an ensuite plus a main bathroom. Real value for money!! I would strongly recommend and stay! "
