"Don’t expect a luxury hotel, but is clean, staff member very friendly and helpful.. breakfast buffet pretty simple but good.. near by the airport and offer shuttle every hour so is a big plus. "

Sería útil que indicaran claramente qué opciones de desayuno están incluidas en el precio de la habitación. No es práctico tener que escanear el lector de la mesa con mi propio dispositivo y luego intentar leer la letra pequeña en mi teléfono para saber qué incluye y qué no. Si lo indicaran claramente en la mesa, o mejor aún, si ofrecieran un menú normal, estarían prestando un excelente servicio a sus clientes. No es agradable encontrarse con cargos adicionales al momento de la salida. Por lo demás, nuestra estancia fue agradable, como siempre. Pero para quienes estén considerando alojarse aquí, tengan en cuenta que el desayuno americano es el único incluido en el precio de la habitación. Nada más."

"Property is conveniently located to the airport and has brand chain restaurants within walking distance. The staff however are not too friendly either at check in or at check out. Very dismissive. The cleanliness of the place could be a little better. It felt a little outdated."
