"I had an issue with the patio door lock on arrival. The manager called the maintenance guy out at 9pm at night to attempt to fix but was unable to. They promptly moved me to the same room opposite and promised to fix it by the morning. They kept that promise, and I was offered my original room back or could have stayed but I opted to take my original room. One day I got back and there was a small gift from the hotel to apologise! There was no need it was dealt with. The staff were wonderful and always friendly and smiling, nothing was ever too much. The mini bar addition in the room was a nice addition as well!"

"Great view from the terrace and a q uiet little place tucked away behind the tourist spots. The rooms were basic but clean and perfect for a short stay.The air con worked very well.The staff were helpful and friendly and brough us a lovely breafast up to the terrace. breakfast up to the terrace"
