"The internet was broken, no elevetor - no airconditioning and the bugs - flies and wasps flew into the room. Had to have the windows open because it was so hot. Nice older couple ( I'm 74 myself) but in way over their heads. Really too bad. I booked another hotel through expedia and move - a good hotel the Mercure."

"This was my first visit to a hotel with no reception personnel. However, the instructions were good and I was able to check in on the machine and receive a room key. I speak some German, so that helped in following the registration instructions. The only complaint is that the door was left ajar on two occasions by the cleaning staff. "Perfectly pleasant hotel. Most staff were pleasant and friendly although one staff member was a little sarcastic when I asked about a coffee. Although they were still pleasant overall. Rooms are nice and clean but the lighting in my room was too dim. At night it was very difficult to see in the bathroom at all, and the main room was quite dim too.
