Clean room, comfortable.
A clean and comfortable stay. The only negative comment is that there were guests smoking outside their ground-floor room; we smelled it as we were living upstairs.

OK but really needs to sound proof
Place was clean and room was nice. Bed wasn't the most comfortable. The big issue is that this place spent money making the rooms look nice but nothing at all on sound proofing the rooms. Every flush of the toilet was heard. I could hear conversations from other rooms. I was in room 4 and I heard every single step the person above me took. And they seemed to be pacing the room at times. But the price was right. 1/2 the price of what I would have paid if I stopped in Edmundston instead of driving on to Temiscouata Sur le Lac. Also the room had a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee, tea, or even a cup that you could put the coffee in if it had any. It just had 2 small glass cups.
