"An Absolutely Beautiful Resort — We Didn’t Want to Leave! Our stay at The Udaya Resort was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty and tranquility of the property. The resort is stunning, with its gorgeous koi pond, beautiful private villas, and incredible swimming pools. Every corner of the property feels thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind. Evelyn took wonderful care of us and helped make our experience even more special. Her hospitality and attentiveness truly stood out. We loved The Udaya so much that we actually canceled our other reservations just to extend our stay! That alone says everything about how much we enjoyed our time here. The breakfast was another highlight. Everything was beautifully prepared, and the restaurant staff were consistently attentive, warm, and friendly. Their excellent service made every morning feel special and added to the overall experience. What really makes The Udaya stand out is the combination of its breathtaking surroundings, comfortable accommodations, delicious food, and genuinely welcoming staff. It’s the kind of place where you arrive planning to stay a few nights and immediately wish you could stay longer. We cannot recommend The Udaya Resort highly enough. "Maya Sanur is a beautiful hotel in a lovely beachfront setting. The location was one of the biggest positives for us, with direct access to the beach and boardwalk, making it really easy to walk along the seafront and explore Sanur. Our room was spacious, modern and comfortable, and we particularly liked having his-and-hers sinks in the bathroom. We were also conveniently located within the hotel, which made getting around very easy. We arrived at around 1pm and completely understood that check-in wasn’t until 3pm. We were told we would receive a message when the room was ready, although this didn’t arrive until around 3:15pm, so it felt slightly pointless. Our key card also didn’t work on the first attempt, but this was quickly sorted. A couple of minor negatives were the noticeable whining noise from the LED mirrors in the bathroom and the lack of air conditioning in the open-plan communal areas. One thing we really appreciated was the service on our final day. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage and return later to use the spa facilities to shower and change before our evening flight home. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and an excellent beachfront location."
