"Very beautiful property with lovely sunrises over the sea. Good options for visiting islands by boat, kayaking, snorkeling etc though the setup is slightly rustic. If you are going in the hot season though, beware that the air conditioning is underpowered and rooms get quite hot though the staff were able to provide us with a couple of fans. "

"Everything is excellent, we have enjoyed our stay as we like the quietness and the friendly staffs. It will be great if there is free hotel mini bus or transport provided between hotel and ferry terminal. The snookering recommended by hotel is nice, their staffs are really helpful and friendly. I will give them a thumbs up. Overall, it’s a great trip. "

"The staff are super friendly and helpful, food is very good and well priced, my partner took a massage and really enjoyed it, the beach is lovely and it is very quiet and relaxing. The accommodation itself is very basic, but that’s ok as long as you are aware of it. Main disadvantage for me is that toilet is outside the hut and only has cold water for showering. "The staff were all very nice and friendly. I was really disappointed to find out that the beach is closed at this time of year. Booked 3 nights here for the beach pics advertised. Pool beautiful. Food was just ok for us. Mattress very hard. Rooms need updating. Very low iccupancy due to Covid 19."

"The resort is very nice and on the ocean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had a villa with its own plunge pool but it was a very steep set of stairs to go down and up. Tough on anyone with mobility issues. Food was good. Some general notes: the place is very remote so other than resort arranged tours, you won’t be getting out. That means all meals on premises. The various structures are far enough that the resort offers buggy (golf cart) rides. Walking is fine unless it’s raining, then the paths flood and become very slippery. At the time of our stay, there was construction which went on during the day and you can hear a piercing drilling sound. Since we were out more than in, we didn’t say anything. It’s probably one of the nicest resorts on the island and there’s plans to build on another nearby island. If you go to Bintan and just want to relax at a resort, this is a good choice."
