The Space:

This cozy retreat features a plush queen bed in the loft and a convenient queen sofa bed in the living room, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 2 guests. The renovated kitchen boasts brand new appliances, perfect for whipping up delicious meals after a long day of adventure in the mountains.



Guest Access:

The whole condo is yours!

Located in Tomboy Lodge - central location in downtown Telluride.



Other Things to Note:

Washer/Dryer:

- There is a coin laundry room in the building on the first floor, please bring quarters as there is no cash exchange machine.



Hot Tub:

- Hot tub is shared with our complex and has amazing mountain views! Our hot tub is one of the only hot tubs open year round! 9AM -8:45PM



Lofty Bedroom:

- The queen bed is located in the loft, guest must be comfortable with utilizing the ladder to access. The ceilings are low/angled in the loft so you will not be able to stand up completely there. Ladder maximum weight rating: 250lbs



Parking:

- We have 1 free space available in the condo's parking lot for our guests. Utilize parking pass inside the unit.



AC:

- We added a portable AC unit to our unit to keep our loft cool in the summer! (May 10 - Sept 20) AC is not needed during the months it reaches 40F at night, we simply open windows.



Children/Infants:

- Please note we do not allow children under the age of 12 to stay in our unit due to the ladder we have going to the loft. If you do bring a child 12 or older, please ensure you feel comfortable with them climbing the ladder.



Sofa bed:

- Queen sized sofa bed located in living room. Linens are in the dresser in the loft.



Interaction with Guests:

We will not be around to meet you, however we are available via Airbnb messenger.
