The Space:

Two ensuite double bedrooms on the main level plus two singles on the mezzanine (steep ladder stairs - adults only). Gas fireplace in the living area. Full kitchen with dishwasher.



Guest Access:

Full private condo, keypad entry. Shared hot tub and gas grill. Ski-in/ski-out to Chair 7. Free parking across the street, pass provided. Galloping Goose shuttle nearby.



The Neighborhood:

The building sits steps from Chair 7 at the base of Telluride's ski area, with the San Miguel River trail running directly past. The free Galloping Goose shuttle stops nearby every 20 minutes and connects to the gondola and town. Clark's Market is a 5-minute drive. In summer the river trail and festival venues are equally close.



Getting Around:

350 South Mahoney Drive, steps from Chair 7. Free Galloping Goose shuttle to town and the gondola.



Other Things to Note:

· Interior is dated and awaiting remodelling - priced to reflect this honestly.

· Mezzanine stairs are steep - not suitable for young children.

· No air conditioning; fans and humidifiers provided.

· Dogs welcome. $175 pet fee. Advance payment. Do not allow pets on furniture or beds.
