The spacious two-bedroom condo is a great basecamp for any Telluride trip with its prime location along the River Trail at the Bear Creek Falls trailhead.

This lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is located in the D building of the Riverside complex. To enter the home, guests will descend a flight of stairs from the parking lot.
Upon entering the condo, guests will find a boot bench and storage area before the hallway opens up to a large great room. This area includes a living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a flatscreen TV, Roku, DVD player, southwestern-style gas fireplace and a queen pullout sofa. Sliding glass doors lead to a large covered deck with seating and a small table with views of Mt. Emma, the San Sophia Ridge and the valley.
The living room is open to the dining room, which has seating for eight with two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The adjacent kitchen has everything needed to cook at home, including a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender and crockpot.
The bedrooms are located on the west side of the home off of a short hallway. The master bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twins upon request, a flatscreen TV, DVD player and multiple windows, making it light and airy. The ensuite bathroom has a single large vanity and an oversized shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king bed and a flatscreen TV. The bathroom is located in the hallway and has a large vanity and a step-in shower with built-in seating.
Guests can enjoy wifi, a great location, and a ski locker located right outside of this home.
The Riverside complex has two outdoor hot tubs with glass surrounds so you can enjoy the trees and views.
Downtown Telluride, the gondola and Lift #8 are all within two short blocks of Riverside. Town Park is a stone's throw to the east, and the Bear Creek trailhead is just off the parking lot.

Very spacious and perfectly located condo. Right by the river, walking distance to anywhere in town, and nearby hiking trail and Gondola. The balcony was extra nice - peaceful and beautiful view. Quiet, clean, and had everything we needed! I only wish the listing had mentioned that even though it's on the "ground level", you still had to descend multiple flights of stairs to get to the door.
My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our time in telluride. The location was great with walking distance to great breweries and restaurants. It’s such a beautiful, quaint town.
Love the location both for winter and summer and was a great property for my wife and I and our daughter and her husband. The living and dining area are wonderfully spacious and perfect for four adults.
We have stayed in this condo many times for Bluegrass and are sorry we won't be able to come back. It's a great place in a fabulous location but the pricing algorithm that AvantStay is using has finally priced us out of the market.
We needed a place to lay our heads for the Telluride Blues and Brews Fest! We didn't spend much time in the condo but it had everything we needed! The bed was very comfortable, the showers were perfect, the place had all the right amenities! The check-in/check-out process couldn't have been easier. We even thought about giving up one day of the festival to enjoy the condo!
This condo was perfect for me and my two adult children for our Telluride ski vacation. The location is as close to ski in-ski out as we need…a 5 minute walk along the riverside path to the Town Chairlift and the ability to ski halfway back on the path at the end of the day, leaving only a 2-3 minute walk. The beds and the queen sleeper sofa were all very comfortable. The gas fireplace was terrific. Nice kitchen, fully equipped. The only negative would be the community jacuzzi which is only “warm” without an ability to raise the temperature to an appropriate range. Definitely would come back and stay here again in the future.
Very Nice Quiet Clean Relaxing, Great showers water stream & Hot water. Cooked Dinners & Cpl lunches , Kitchen Well stocked , xtra towels blankets pillows box fans . Water Filter pitcher in fridge cold ready to fill. Tea Pot , Blender. Trails rite out the door, view of one trail off our balcony. Spa’s ,Food , small grocery store, High End Bike, Hike & Snow Gear rental . Local Library has sign out , sign up for library card No charge 4 day rental duration ( basic equipt, but works if you don’t need anything fancy or gotta be cool the Library is for you)! Spend your xtra $ Eating Out, Shopping, Spa Services ( those aren’t inexpensive , but it’s resort nothing unusual keep eye promo’s ) $160/300 massage , facials $150 & Up . My wife Enjoyed a great hydrating facial relaxing & thorough $200 w/tip . G-spa 5-7 min.walk from Condo. Good Jeep rental I biked,hiked & four wheeled every day! Consider off season if your schedule permits & your doing your own thing. Not looking for Special Events. There are an array of stores & eateries still open, great choices to grab pre prepped foods @ grocery store & great deli & butcher choices if you want to enjoy cooking. If you like more shaded balcony Condo D is for you , especially in the summer . Just look at alternate Condo if Looking for more Sun ( Condo A I believe ask your agent ) .Hit my Son’s place Manager Union/Smugglers Brewery w/ upscale bar menu. The Owner has a French ,Asian cuisine open during off Season too. The Alexanders
Enjoyed our 5 nights here with our two young children. Easy access to the gondola to get to ski school and a lovely view as well. Would definitely come back.
The unit was comfortable and had everything our family of four needed for a terrific stay in Telluride. The location was perfect, conveniently located in the town so we never had to (or wanted to) drive anywhere, but still situated so it felt private. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Great location when accessing Telluride as well as just a short walk from the gondola to the mountain village. Clean comfortable accommodations. Bed sheets maybe a bit scratchy but overall a very nice place.
We had a great time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great only 2 blocks from Gondola and shopping. We will definitely stay there again.
