This three storey townhouse is just a 5 minute drive to Telford International Centre/Telford Town Centre and conveniently located with a supermarket, take aways and a Marstons pub within a 2 minute walk. Having driveway parking for one and an immaculate garden this house offers modern and comfortable accommodation with three bedrooms and three bathrooms!

Having utility, single bedroom and shower room to the ground floor, lounge/diner and kitchen to the first floor and two king sized bedrooms with one en-suite plus a family bathroom to the second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, bed linen and towels are provided for all guests, along with basic toiletries, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, highchair, travel cot and smart TV to the lounge and all bedrooms.

All internal space plus the rear garden and driveway for parking. Please note, the garage is not for use of guests.

Lawley is on a bus route and Telford and Wellington train stations are also close by and accessible via buses.
