Staff were pleasant and efficient at both check-in/out. While it seemed to be an older property, everything worked ok and my room was clean with no surprises. "

"This place is my go-to every time I'm in Kingsport. You could pay more elsewhere but why would you want to? It's also just a straight shot down the interstate if you want to do some serious bowling at Interstate Bowl in Bristol, Virginia... our second favorite place."

"I had a super experience checking in, The receptionist on the front desk was very accommodating, Opening the pool area for me to enjoy even though the pool doesn't officially open until the end of May."

"The only thing I didn't like was a lack of cocoa mix at the breakfast buffet, otherwise the breakfast selection was great. Fruit cups, yogurt, cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs, sausage,and pastries of all kinds. They probably had some other things to that I didn't pay attention to. The property looked as though it had been newly renovated and painted. The staff was very friendly and , quick to respond to customers."
