"Stayed many times & always an excellent experience. Room no ready at check-in time which is fine but reception said they would ring when ready. Waited 1 hour still nothing went back yes it is ready. Not even a sorry forgot to ring you. Nothing, nothing at all. All i was expecting was a sorry 😞"
