"We arrived in the late afternoon looking forward to resting after our journey. Unfortunately, we immediately noticed that the bed linens had visible stains & hair on them. Hoping to at least freshen up, we then went to use the shower, only to find more hair there as well. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. We went to the front desk & requested to speak with the manager. He was polite, apologized, and assured us that our room would be thoroughly cleaned with in couple of hours....

"The elevators were a constant problem during the week of my stay. They are the lifeblood in a hotel!!! One day I had to walk up the stairs with the manager and another couple who were just checking in. 5 flights-ridiculous! I love the location and the brand but they need to do better-technology is great-when it works!!!!"

"I liked that the room was very equipped, everything in excellent state. Good taste in design. I only noticed that the room seems to trap moisture, I wish it felt more dry. Besides the air conditioning, I believe the room should have a dehumidifying system. Oh, and I would also add having a full top to bottom mirror… that would make the room top-notch."
