The holiday home for rent is in Gran Canaria, in the municipality of Telde in the coastal area with beach, known as Tufia, a Protected Natural Area.

The property is located on the first floor, without lift, so you have to climb eight steps to get to the idyllic accommodation.

The most outstanding feature of the accommodation is its terrace of about 14 square metres with views of the beach and the sea, a pleasure for the senses, where you can sunbathe in the hammocks or enjoy life outside, as it has an outdoor dining area and awning to protect you from the sun. Ideal to enjoy the sunrises and start the day with a new energy.

The living room has large windows, so it is very bright, from the four-seater chaise lounge you can also enjoy the stunning views and marine decoration honoring the seafaring origin of the people, the living room has a 43-inch smart TV air conditioning, and electric esthor with remote control to regulate the light that we want us to enter the living room.

The bedroom with sea views overlooking the summit of Gran Canaria, has a bed of 2.00 meters long by 1.80 meters wide, a smart TV, air conditioning and storage space.

The second bedroom also overlooking the mountains is 2.00 meters long by 1.10 meters wide, with a desk that allows teleworking.

The fully equipped kitchen is integrated in the living-dining room and has an oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge freezer and small appliances and recycling bins. From the kitchen window you can also enjoy the views.

The full bathroom has a shower tray, WC, bidet, storage space, hairdryer and first aid kit.

There is also a laundry room, washing machine, tumble dryer, cool box and beach items.

There is a parking space directly in front of the house, it is advisable to do some shopping before arriving at the accommodation, as there is no supermarket nearby.

Tufia is located in an environment that maintains the local essence and its waters are crystal clear, a unique landscape. In addition to the beach of Tufia there is the larger golden sandy beach of Aguadulce and an archaeological site just a few metres away.

Ideal accommodation for travellers looking for charming and quiet places and for those who like to be in contact with nature. As well as diving, hiking and mountain biking, book and develop your senses!

Quiet location with nice view from the terrace, clean and well equiped, not far from the airport. Hosts are helpful and answer any requests quickly. No restaurantfood store in Tufia, car is needed.

Location was great! And the apartment is really good. we had a problem with the water pump, and it was solved eventually. The agency was not able to solve it. The owner came personally to fix it and apologize.

Nach der Ankunft sahen wir, dass sich das Haus in der direkten An- und Abflugschneise des Flughafens befindet. Alle 2 Minuten kam ein Flieger so nah vorbei, dass man quasi die Flugzeugnummer lesen konnte - eine Katastrophe. Und sowohl der Ort als auch die Wohnung haben ihre beste Zeit hinter sich. Und direkt hinter dem Ort beginnt das große Gewerbegebiet, das zum Flughafen gehört. Wir können nur abraten. Wir haben uns direkt eine neue Unterkunft gesucht und keine einzige Nacht dort verbracht.

Toller Ausblick, Supermärkte in ca 3 km Entfernung, im Ort selbst ist nichts vorhanden. Mietwagen absolut notwendig, großer Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Sauber, aber Empfehlung in die Wohnung zu investieren, gerade im Küchenbereich, dennoch hat alles funktioniert und steht alles zur Verfügung. Flugzeuge hört man je nach Wind, da Nachtflugverbot nicht gestört. Waren eh tagsüber unterwegs.

Insgesamt waren wir wirklich sehr begeistert, sowohl von der Möbel-Ausstattung als auch von der Sauberkeit. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Nutzung der Geschirrspülmaschine gestaltete sich etwas schwierig (aufgrund der Enge zum daneben befindlichen Schrank, aber darüber lässt sich hinwegsehen). Außer einem Wischlappen und einem Geschirrtuch fanden wir alles nötige vor. Die zwei Induktionsplatten funktionierten nicht mit allen Töpfen. Das stellte uns vor eine kleine Herausforderung beim Kochen. Ansonsten war weitestgehend alles vorhanden. Die Aussicht war sagenhaft und bescherte uns wundervolle Sonnenaufgänge. Einzig der Fluglärm war zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wer Flugzeuge liebt...und deren Abflug in regelmäßigen Abständen....der hat sehr viel Freude in dieser Ferienwohnung. Weitere Pluspunkte sind die Nähe zum Strand und kein Massentourismus.

Très beau séjour avec du mouvement de plongeurs et baigneurs à cette belle petite plage. L'appartement bien orienté pour le vent et l'atmosphère agréable du lieu. Léger inconvénient pour le stationnement le Week end mais bon ca va.

super mooie locatie met super zicht. Klein strand vlakbij met voornamelijk rotsen maar weg van de drukte in een oude visserswijk. Mooie slaapkamers en prima badkamer. enige minpunt was de keuken. afwasmachine kon niet helemaal open omwille van de schuine muur en de inductiekookplaat sprong vanzelf steeds naar power. Men ging dit probleem bekijken. Er is slechts een kleine eettafel binnen met 2 barkrukken. Vanaf 18u is er geen zon meer op het terras en was het om 20u iets te fris om buiten te eten. Maar laat dit geen reden zijn om het appartement te boeken, ik zou het opnieuw doen.

In dieser schönen Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage direkt oberhalb der kleinen Bucht Playa de Tufia haben wir erholsame Urlaubstage verbracht. Insbesondere das Frühstück auf dem sonnigen Balkon mit Meerblick haben wir sehr genossen.

Schöne Wohnung mit wirklich sensationellem Meerblick vom Balkon und aus dem Wohnzimmer. Hier haben wir viele schöne Stunden am Tag und abends verbracht un deinfach nur den Ausblick und das Rauschen des Meeres genossen. Die kleine Bucht und das dazugehörige Dorf lassen einen komplett vergessen, dass man sich auf einer Touristeninsel befindet. Etwas an der Idylle haben uns die Flugzeuge des nahem Flughafens gestörrt aber auch daran hat man sich schnell gewöhnt und Nachts war eigentlich gar nichts zu hören. Dadurch, dass es in Tufia keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt, braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
