This Villa is LEGALLY registered in the Tourist Board of the Autonomous Government of the Canary Islands.
The house is located east of the island of Gran Canaria, with stunning views where you can see from the sunrise, the sea, departure of planes, the coast, to the island of Fuerteventura on very clear days.
Strategically located The right place to rest, get up with the song of the birds and at the same time be able to communicate with the main roads and routes quickly in less than 5 minutes.
This house is ideal for a quiet holiday and at the same time very close to any urban center, located in a central place and at the same time outside the suburb of the big cities. The house, developed on a single floor, consists of 3 rooms, 1 room with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00), another room with a double bed (1.35 x 1.90) and the third room with a bed matrimonial (1.50 x 1.90), has two large fully equipped bathrooms, a kitchen and two living rooms, one of them equipped with flat screen TV. In addition, it has a terrace of 60 m2 with a private garden of 100m2.
It has WIFI and high speed fiber optic Internet, Satellite TV and free parking at the main entrance of the house.
The beaches of Melenara, Salinetas, La Garita and Playa del Hombre are 7km away.
For sports lovers, the El Cortijo golf course is 6 km away, very close hiking trails and water sports (Surfing, Body Board or Windsurfing) on nearby beaches.
Shopping Centers, Fashion Stores, Hypermarkets, entertainment areas and many restaurants are within a radius of 5 and 8 km.
Its capital, Las Palmas is 15 km away (15 minutes by car), the beautiful beaches of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés 35 km (25 minutes by car) and the airport is 12 km away.
