"This was a beautiful beach house. Our large group had plenty of space to enjoy the house. We love the landscape of this place. Even on hot days we had plenty of shade due to the beautiful palm trees and a plants. We will definitely be back and would recommend this house. Victor the houseman was very helpful and took care of all our needs."

"This is a great property right on the beach. Perfect for our needs for our whole family (9 people) to get together for Christmas. Plenty of room and great cooking facilities to allow us to cook big meals. Nice to sit by the beach or enjoy the private pool area. Close to Progreso for all our grocery needs and easy to get to Merida, ruins and other Yucátan sights. Juan was a great host - there to greet us and very responsive. "

"Air conditioning was awful. The rooms would turn off and the living room didn’t have it. The kitchen is just set up as a decoration. You can’t even use it. You have to use the back up kitchen they told us we broke a couple little arrangements which we never did. They just wanted to keep our deposit?
