"First of all, if you are from UK dont ever think to go there. Staff speaks Russian language and all signes are in their language some not even in Turkish. Internet didnt worked on our phones but other guest were able to logg in. They have entertaintment that wasnt bad. Hotel needs renovation and some staff training. Food diverse but more of traditional russian cuisine . The biggest advantage is that hotel is on the beach and few minutes of city center."

Al La carte restaurants need booked by 3pm that day, we arrived at 2pm and weren’t advised of this and so couldn’t use this service that day and as we only stayed 4 nights it was disappointing, this should have been advised at check in. The WhatsApp method of communicating had its shortfalls in this respect and I had to ask more than once to be added to the WhatsApp contact list. This was a very small thing in what was an excellent holiday in a premium hotel in beautiful surroundings."
