"Hotel in ideal position,5-15 mins from supermarket,restaurants,beach and main square. Bus station is 3 mins walk. Checking was easy. Rooms are ok but could do with a update. Swimming pool/area was well kept. I rented a in-room safe which didn't work (battery needed replacing) went to reception and was offered a security box till it was replaced, it was replaced with-in 2-3 hours. I would stay here again because for the price it is ideal. "

Every sunrise and sunset, plus the sky full of stars every night was the best of the holidays. The day of the arrival we noticed there was no airco and we freaked out. But since it was the beginning of autumn, we just slept with the doors to the balcony open and that was ok with help of the fans, extra benefit the sound of the waves. "We were greeted by Tarik upon arrival who carried our suitcase and showed us around the apartment. We were allocated a 3 bedroom apartment when there was only 2 so we had plenty of space. The apartment was spotlessly clean and I cannot find any fault, the view from the rooftop terrace is wonderful, in front you have the sea and behind views of the mountains. The apartment is only a short walk from Puerto and very close to the Loro Parque. We will definitely stay here again and highly...
