Your retreat: Experience sunrise with the sound of the sea and sunset with mountain silhouettes directly on your private rooftop terrace with whirlpool and outdoor shower. Feel the first rays of sunshine on your face in the morning while you enjoy your coffee at the open bar of the fully equipped island kitchen.



Space for connection & privacy: Three lovingly furnished bedrooms (two double rooms, one twin room) on two levels offer plenty of space for family, friends, or yourselves. Two bathrooms provide comfort, one of them with an outdoor shower next to the whirlpool – ideal after a day at the beach.



Live like a local: The penthouse is located in a former hotel complex, now inhabited by locals and residents – far from mass tourism and close to the authentic island feeling. Supermarket, bakery, and one of the area's most beautiful sandy beaches, Playa Bastián, are just a few minutes' walk away.



Pleasure & accessibility: Enjoy the variety of nearby restaurants and bars or explore Lanzarote by car – free parking right at the house, the motorway is two minutes away. The airport is only 14 km away.
