"We got a room that was nothing like the pictures on their site. When I phoned the lady for some additionally items she was very helpful. The listing did not state it was a shated communal kitchen. We all found the beds very uncomfortable. On a positive side it was quiet and the tram stop was at the end of the road so a good location. "

"Room was clean, distance from the nearest metro station was about 10- 14 min walking distance, many restaurants around. Room key was not recived on time due to miscommunication between workers at the appartment, otherwise it was a great stay."

"Tina was very friendly and provided information on places to go. The room was clean and quiet and very close to the metro, shopping and Cafe Ritter and had a private bath. She was available when ever we needed something and for a very reasonable price did our laundry. Highly recommend."

"Overall good hotel. Clean, good staff, good facilities, and the location is good. They have limited reception hours but the communication was good by emails. They don't have AC (not even a fan), so we had to keep window open during hot summer night. There was street noise and we woke up multiple times through the night. "

"The property is not at the location listed on Expedia and we had to contact the property through the cleaning staff to find the correct address which took about an hour. The actual hotel itself is nice, but the process to get there was not great. If the address is corrected on the site or if the address is clearly provided in the check-in instructions, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The property is fake . One one there . They steel my money. I tried calling them more then 10 times no one answer. There isn’t front desk in the property. I knocked out the door then women said go away nothung here . I wasn’t alone , there were guys also had the same problem and they called the company who booked for then to return the money. I want my money back , otherwise I will ask the police to go to the property to check it out and catch the cookers . I spend more then 3 hours outside....

The area is safe and feels good to walk around even at night "

"A gem in the new development area right by the Wien Hbf. Easy and convenient access to town, the room has all amenities we needed, small kitchenette but well equip, with washer and dryer in the room. We will definitely come back and stay here again. "

"Clean, comfortable, small kitchen. Modern and neat. Nice location next to central railway station. You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual. It was fine though, perhaps I just worry too much. Nice place, all...
