The building, the rooms, the bathrooms are quite old. However, it didnt really bother me since I was staying there only for one night. It was quite loud at night as its located in a busy area. "The hostel is right next to the British Museum, and close to many of the popular tourist sites. The staff is really helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely stay there again when I visit London in the future."

For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. "Excellent service. I had a superior 1 bedroom for family. Very clean. Sofa bed was already laid out when we arrived. Complimentary spring water in fridge. Enough towels for 4 people which is great. Check out time is 11am. Two t.v. Wi-Fi was good. Hair conditioner was provided. Leaving luggage at reception was great. Only two very small things I would add is no herbal tea bags provided, you might want to bring your own. There is decaf coffee. Also the bathroom is en-suite in the bedroom...
