"Communication with the management company is the best. The apartment has an excellent location--Kerrytown, Main Street shopping and restaurants and campus are all less than 1/2 mile walks. Note that the property is across the street from the Blind Pig (music venue) and if you go to sleep before 1AM on the weekend, bring a white noise machine or app. Very nicely appointed. "Perfect location in downtown AnnArbor. You could walk to everything ! The apartment was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The ONLY negative were the baseboards in the one bathroom, they really need to be replaced. I would highly recommend The Mitten House. I would definitely return."
