"Our superior room was spacious with a nice balcony. We were disappointed that there was no tea and coffee in the room, nor a fridge. Given the status of the hotel and outside temperature, we felt that this was very poor. Curtains over the patio doors were torn and basic items such as a decent sized bin and clothes storage were lacking. Shower was fine but the open design lended itself to flooding. Breakfast was underwhelming. Very basic, but we were alarmed at the toaster, which if you didn't possess nimble fingers fingers, could end in burns. Unbelievable lack of H and S awareness. Hotel is wonderfully situated, but that is really the only positive."
