"The receptionist is barely at the desk and acts super unprofessional when he’s around. There was no wifi in the room and when we requested for assistance, there was no outcome or change. The room was not perfectly cleaned and some of the corners need renovations immediately. The location is good since it’s close to the Main Street and other little stores. Overall, try to find other properties if you’re looking for a good stay. "

"This little hotel may not have many amenities but it is clean and safe and best of all it is walking distance to so many things including the charming Hyannis downtown and the harbor, Kalmus beach, JFK museum, Ferry to Nantucket and so many amazing downtown restaurants. 2 bus lines come from the airport to the other side of downtown - you can bring your suitcase a safe15 minute walk from the bus terminal to this hotel. A great deal for people who don't feel like renting a car, love a deal, and are ok with some walking."
