"Excellent sized room. Spotless. Plenty of room for parking. Simple but effective kitchen layout - plenty of places to eat up the road too. Cobbs was good value and there is a woolworths close by. The main train line runs close to the back of the property. It didnt bother us at all, nor the SH1 going past the front either."

"The room was a bit musty smelling. Our friends who were on the same booking got the disabled room. Commented that apart from the lack of shower base everything was too high for someone in a wheelchair. They also found the bed uncomfortable "
