Hi! I am RestPanda! I speak English, Russian, Turkish languages and I am over-obsessed about my tranquility. If you have decided to visit Tbilisi and are looking for a house located in the very heart of the old city and designed to make your stay comfortable and inspiring, then my home is the one for you. For your own convenience and far-from-mediocrity rest, my spacious (80 m2), bright and stylish garden house in the silent block of old Tbilisi, within walking distance to all important destinations that a traveler might need.

My house is located in Rustavelli Avenue, it means you don’t need transportation. Generally, you might refuse using the bus or taxi. The better way to explore the city is to wander around and enjoy. The two-storey, furnished house is situated near the funicular, which offers a beautiful view of the city. It’s duplex house with garden. There are two bedrooms king/double bed on the upper floor, reading or working room in addition; dining room, kitchen, bathroom on the lower floor. There are BBQ facilities and area in the garden.
There are two air conditioning to acclimate the house, thus you’ll feel cool even it’s hottest weather. LCD TV with hdmi port is also there for your cheerful movie nights with friends. So my place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups of travellers. For your pleasure you’ll find there alcohol and non-alcohol drinks are served at my minibar, and all other things that’s there for your pleasant rest.

The house is furnished with all the necessary utilities, including:

- Central heating
- Air conditioning
- Full kitchen equipment
- Towels and bed linen
- Electric kettle, coffee, tea, sugar and other essentials
- Shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper and other essential
- Every guest is allocated a sim card from RestPanda to call me free of charge.

- Transfer from the Tbilisi Airport is available at cost of $15. Additionally, we can offer a drive to other Georgian regions with affordable prices, such as Kazbegi, Gudauri, Sighnaghi, Tusheti, Svaneti and etc.
- By keeping a good atmosphere in the house smoking is not allowed inside
- Try not to be too loud after 23:00 and don't throw garbage in the yard, please.
