"This house was everything we could have wanted and more! Exactly as described. Fully stocked with everything you could imagine. The golf cart was a huge help for taking stuff ( and people) to the lake. We used the paddle board and kayak everyday and loved the huge floating mat and the lounge chairs and umbrella on the upper dock. We used the great fire pit area every night! We loved how quiet the cove was yet a short boat ride away were two great marinas to eat at! Our grown children loved the pool table and mornings on the big deck with coffee were just perfect! The communication with the owner was wonderful. We cannot wait to stay here again!!! 10"

"This is the nicest Kentucky state resort we have stayed at and we have been to several. All rooms are clean with a wonderful view from the balcony. Friendly staff and good food. Many things to do in the park and nearby. Highly recommend. "

"The sliding barn doors, white, black, gray, coloring, somehow comforting. It's resort like rooms were so big and cozy. Walk in shower was beautiful and, inviting, come on in the water is fine. Great waste pressure. Makes you wonder why more hotel/ motels that are privately owned aren't doing more. Outside was under construction, but very organized. Absolute 10*****from me..."

"Staff were terrific. We rode motorcycles and it was pouring rain. They gave us each garbage bags to cover our bags. The elevator was down and I know they were getting some complaints but they were still very helpful and pleasant. "

"We loved the historic aspects of the mill and its decor. Our room The Cabin was on the street on the ground floor and was so quiet. The breakfast was outstanding with foods made from house recipes. We wish they sold a cookbook!"
