"We arrived at night and found lights on and easy entry into the Nook. There was a peaceful vibe in a comfortable, pristine environment. The Nook was exactly what was advertised. The next morning we ventured around the property and into the woods where we found the creek. The quiet, serenity in nature that we were looking for was found throughout our stay. We want to come back when the weather is cooler so the bugs won’t be so “alive.” Thank you for cultivating a space that resonates peace. “He has made everything beautiful in its time. "The house keeping knocked on the door the day of check out at 8am to clean and we told them no thank you and we were still here. They then walked in at 945, and we had to stop them from coming into the room while we were still there. Totally Unprofessional and not safe. "

"Dear IHG Guest Relations, My wife and I are long-time guests of your properties, and our experience at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Magee, Mississippi, has always been nothing short of excellent. Every time we return to Magee, we are consistently impressed by the professionalism, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. That location sets the standard for what Holiday Inn should be. However, I regret to inform you that our most recent stay at the Holiday Inn International off Harborside Drive (5002 Seawall Blvd, Galveston, TX 77551) was the worst we have ever had with your brand. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that this property did not meet the IHG standard. The customer service was lacking, the condition of the facility was disappointing, and our overall experience left us feeling frustrated and frankly, disrespected as loyal guests. We booked this stay through Hotels.com, and we expected a seamless, professional experience from both Holiday Inn and the booking platform. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We are requesting that someone from IHG contact us directly to discuss and resolve this matter. If no action is taken, we will be forced to consider alternative hotel brands going forward.
