"We chose this hotel based on location. It is very close to Southern Cross Station, lots of shopping, great food and night life! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We booked a superior king suite but when we entered our room, it had 2 twin beds. The front end staff were very quick to remedy the mix up and were very apologetic. We would definitely come back! "
