"Staff & Apartment & Facilities Were All Wonderful We Enjoyed Our Stay "

"Booked a Pool View room, but was allocated a room in the further most corner of the resort. You could see the pool in the distance so technically a "pool view" however this drew a very long bow considering the picture provided by WOTIF indicated an adjacent building "overlooking the pool. I get that WOITF does not allocate the rooms, howver dont get me to pay more for less. Better communication between booking agent & venue required as customer certainly feel betrayed. Would be hisitant again using WOTIF at this resort."

"Amazing stay! Walk to beach which is amazingly stretched out and quiet. Cafe right next to camp site, happy hour with a singer. Campsite facility is amazing, so much for kids to do! A weekend is too short"

"I lovred the fact it was clean, spacious and beach towels were provided. We did not need to ask reception. Loved the generous selection of teas. Found bed very comfortable. We hope to stay here longer next time."

"It was a very neat, clean, friendly hotel with everything needed including great parking. Do ask for a ground floor room if any mobility problems. Staff were amazing as was the breakfast! "
