"Apartment was large -- three rooms plus bath -- and fitted out well. Nice king-size bed, and there's a second TV in the guest/sitting room. The kitchen was well-equipped although we brought our own Kuerig. The 27 steps to the second floor might be a challenge for some, but not for us! The view was great for sunsets, but no view of Main Street. But the convenient location more than made up for that. Overall, highly recommended!"

"We only stayed 2 nights but this was a clean, comfy and great stay in Hendersonville. The place had everything you would need including a nice porch we didn’t have time to use but looked inviting. The info book has some great suggestions and the drinks and snacks left out are such a nice touch!! Would definitely return and recommend to Friends"

"Brand new construction, at least it looked like that to me. The pond that the property overlooked made the location worth the stay. Close to the center of town where the restaurants and stores are. If you like to be close to town but feel like you are in a secluded hideaway, book this property"

"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"Fabulous location! Walk to West End restaurants, shops and bars in 5 minutes. A 15 minute walk to downtown and all its attractions. Quiet neighborhood. You hear your neighbors in the single story building but nobody was crazy. How to sound proof the building? Small place but adequate for our needs."
