"The first thing is, the rooms are super clean. The owners of the motel are the staff and they are spectacular. There is an enormous amount of parking. They do have AC. It is wall unit. This is a small motel which I think 30 rooms. There are plenty of restaurants in this town. We have stayed here three or four times now and we will stay here every time we are nearing this little town of Perry Florida."

" What a fantastic stay. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made everything easy and welcoming. The house was immaculate—perfectly clean, comfortable, and well cared for.The location was ideal, truly couldn’t ask for more. "Our stay was excellent, and the owners were absolutely fantastic. Helpful is almost an understatement—they were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by sharing the best boat launch locations and other great local tips that made our trip even better.The property was perfect for our needs. The large yard easily accommodated our truck, boat, and trailer with plenty of room to maneuver. The home itself was very clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place with exceptional hosts."

"This property is absolutely beautiful with the huge trees. It was perfect for the large group of family traveling together. We had a great time in the pool and spending time outside on the patio. Our only complaint is the cleanliness of the house. I have reached out to the homeowner and expressed specific concerns so hopefully this gets taken care of. We would consider this property in the future."
