Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

"We were staying for three days and had to extend our stay, luckily Ann managed to get us a room at their sister hotel which was opening the next day. She handled the transfer of our luggage, the rebooking of our cruise, our airport transfers...absolutely fantastic. Great reception, clean rooms, very courteous staff. The location is perfect, the rooms are quiet. I have nothing but positive things to say, 10/10."

"We booked this hotel last minute as the hotel we initially booked did not meet our expectations, and it was the best decision to choose this hotel. The hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived, down to our departure. The staff were helpful and friendly - we enjoyed casual chats and recommendations for sightseeing. The hotel was spotless clean - lobby, room, spa, bar and restaurant. The room was well equipped. The functionality of the room was clearly designed with guests’ comfort and convenience in mind. The restaurant was amazing too. We had an enjoyable stay!"
