"Guess when you don’t have to pay for accommodation under Expedite’s rewards, the reception is not pleasant. On first stay, we were allocated a room facing the car park and road. It was noisy throughout the night. The room allocated to us was so shabby. No toiletries were given only a bottle of soap.
