Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside; breathe the clean air, listen to the birds and the cicadas and enjoy the breathtaking views. This is a tranquil and unspoiled area abundant in olives, almonds carobs, oranges and lemons. There are quiet lanes and tracks for walking, and spring time, the fields are full of an abundance of wild flowers.

Set in the hills above the picturesque old fishing town of Tavira with views of both the sea and panoramic hill views.

The property is accessed from it´s own grand private driveway with electric gates

The layout of the bedrooms is as follows: 2 x large en-suites one opening onto the the rooftop terrace and the other leading out onto a poolside patio, each have double beds. The third bedroom, of equal size has two single beds which can be made into one double. There is an ensuite bathroom.

The open-plan living room has three sofas and Satellite TV (UK and German), and the dining table seats eight guests. There is a large, fully-equipped Kitchen and also a large Bar-B-Q for outdoor cooking.

The House has its own Solar-Panel-System and is therefore CO2-Neutral

Central heating system in the living room.

In addition: Wood burning stove in the living area.

Free Very fast WiFi with unlimited volume (very rare in this region)

The pool heating system has 22 KW and increases the temperature of the pool by roughly 10 degrees Celsius in the winter.

The Villa and the pool are cleaned and disinfected once a week. Linen and towel are changed weekly as well.

Only 5 minutes drive to several Supermarkets (Pingo Doce, Alid, Lidl....)

We can only offer the house from Saturdays to Saturdays.

Changeover Day: Saturdays. Arrival times - from 3 pm, departure times - by 10 am.
