A localização do apartamento a 200 m do cais e numa zona sossegada.Ter lugar de garagem para o carro. Ser um apartamento espaçoso, um quarto onde a cama tinha colchão excelente. Cozinha bem equipada. Sala espaçosa com TV e serviço MEO e internet wireless. O quarto carecia de um cortinado blackout. No WC faltam cabides.
