Residence “La Corte” is located in the picturesque Marina di Mancaversa, a few kilometers from Gallipoli and Torre San Giovanni, offering a strategic position for exploring the best of the Ionian-Salento coast.

The Villa is located in a quiet mini residence consisting of five independent apartments, all located on the ground floor. The property is only 800 meters from the sea, characterized by a beautiful combination of sandy beaches and suggestive rocky coves.

This villa can accommodate up to 5 people and offers a dining room with an equipped kitchenette, gas stove, sofa bed and air conditioning. It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a bathroom with shower. The shaded outdoor veranda is equipped with a table for pleasant outdoor dining and a private barbecue. Guests can also take advantage of an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach.

The residence offers a shared washing machine and a parking space. Just 500 meters away there are various seaside clubs, restaurants and markets, making La Villetta the perfect choice for a relaxing and comfortable holiday, immersed in the natural beauty of the Ionian-Salento coast.

Its ideal location allows you to easily reach a variety of attractions, including lively nightclubs, typical restaurants, pristine beaches, historic villages and fascinating seascapes.

Guests can enjoy convenient proximity to the Punta Pizzo nature reserve, located about 1 km away, and to the renowned Punta della Suina beach, just 2 km away.
