This is our fourth year vacationing in Tavernier and renting a condo at this location. This is our first experience with this particular rental management. In comparison to our previous experiences, we are a bit disappointed. Unfortunately, this particular rental needs some TLC!The couch and ottoman are dirty/stained and torn. All of the televisions in the living area and bedrooms are surprisingly small and seriously outdated. The kitchen amenities are minimal and very basic. The only sharp knife here is the one we purchased at the store to cut bread and limes on a dinner plate because there’s not even a cutting board. The refrigerator door has to be forcibly closed or it doesn’t seal and the microwave handle is glued on. Definitely not as nice as some of the other rentals we have had in the past for a comparable price. The unit has a nice view and is a good size, comfortably fits 5 adults. The property is great! Nice pool, hot tub, marina and bar. Great location.
