"Appartement is volledig uitgeleefd! Miserabele matrassen die helemaal niet vernieuwd zijn zoals de advertentie beweert. Vlekken op lakens en kussens, gaten in beddengoed, doorgezakte zetels (de naam zelfs niet waardig!). Ik had extra betaald om beddens opgemaakt te hebben en handdoeken ter beschikking te stellen. Was NIET gebeurd. Twee keer gebeld naar Expi en ze beloofden te komen maar we zagen ze niet. Na 18u niemand meer bereikbaar en vermits het een dag later zondag was zaten we behoorlijk...

"Nada más llegar nos encontramos con que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. la dueña, Karine, se encontraba fuera. Avisó al técnico, vino el lunes pero no pudo solucionarlo. La dueña nos ofrece otro apartamento pero tenía el mismo problema. El interés por solucionarlo ha sido el máximo pero sin resultados.Karine nos dice que el año próximo nos haría un precio especial pero nosotros le decimos que el precio tiene que bajar en esta estancia, nosotros hemos pagado un apartamento con aire...

"From start to finish, our break in Gandia was amazing. Ester met us on our arrival at the apartment and from the moment we stepped in the door, we were blown away. Literally! The beautiful breeze blowing through added to the feeling of openness the wrap around balcony provides. The apartment was clean, comfortable, modern and exceeded all expectations. Ester is so lovely and was there to answer questions we had. I cannot recommend Gandia and Esters apartment any higher. Truly wonderful."
