"I appreciated the upgrade I received after an overly-zealous guest rudely cut me off while I was departing the shuttle bus to check in. The guest was apparently in a hurry to get to the bar. I was exhausted and mentioned the guest’s rudeness to the clerk. Thanks for the extremely comfortable room!"

Pool was small but water was nice and warm and sauna plus steam room was a good option. Overall we were very happy. Not luxurious but felt very comfortable and had all amenities easily accessible, very easy comfortable stay"

"Excellant location for Frankfurt Messe and hence always easy to find a taxi. Breakfast was superb both in quality and variety. Dinner menu a little limited but there are many good places to choose to eat something different within easy walking distance. Only slight negative would be a lack of USB charging outlets in bedrooms. That said bedrooms are large, clean, comfortable and plenty of hot water for shower etc. Would definitely stay there again."
