"stayed here for 2 nights. excellent location in Kumamoto Shinshigai in the center of the nightlife area with lots of good restaurants and stores in close proximity. Slightly dated hotel. A walking distance from Kumamoto Castle and Josaien. The hotel amenities and breakfast is ok. They do have vending machines, coin laundry, ice dispenser and a microwave on certain floors. They also have an large public indoor and outdoor bath space and sauna for both men and women on the top floor. They have an automated car parking tower next to the hotel with staff assistance; there is a size limit for the car so you may want to check the sizes in advance. There are many coin car parking spaces nearby but will be full during weekend nights with many locals coming to this area for dinner."

"My family had a great stay in a castle-view room. It was spectacular! The location cannot get better, with major malls and restaurants less than 700 meters away. The staff was very courteous. What a refreshing change from all these unattended/automated hotels. "

"Convenient location, just 3 mins walk to the shopping street with many restaurants options. The tatami room is very nice! Parking is not quite friendly as it doesn’t allow to drive out once we parked, so please take this into consideration when you book this. "
