"Excellent customer service. Room was clean."

"Property is new and very comfortable. Staff seemed great. Breakfast options are very limited, so so."

"Staff great , breakfast ok, a bit outdated"

"We had a good time at this hotel. It was perfect for what we needed it for, and it was near the highway. Would definitely stay here again"

"Close location to airport. Sweet Neighbhorhood Good shower and breakfast was delish. Loved eating on the houses China"

"The staff were friendly. We had a hard time checking in but it was fine. On our second night a staff came to our door knocking. He said we never checked in. We have been there a full day and night. But all and all it was ok."

"The toilet did not flush ! Ihad to remove the tank lid and lift the stopper. It was late and I neede to get to sleep rather than wait for a repairman. In the morning the room was cool and I attempted to adjust the thermostat and it was flashing a battery symbol. I reported it to the desk attendant and he apologized. How can a room be cleaned by an employee and not notice these issues? I was expecting better from HIlton."

"Rooms are sprayed with some type of strong fragrance and it was very irritating because of my allergies. In the mornings when walking down the hallways of the rooms and housekeeping was preparing the rooms to be cleaned the rooms had a real funky odor coming from them from the previous guests. Maybe that's why they heavily over spray the fragrance. The bad odors from previous guests rooms is really bad. However housekeepers were very nice."

"Everything inside the property was great , but we choose hotels by the description of the surroundings also. That was a bit of deception. It states waterfront but not what we expect to see, it was more like a swamp with a fence around and a big construction in front of the hotel. Also parking was a crazy thing to me , because we have to pay a fee and my car was right in front of the hotel entrance. Just a few feet from the door. So you can't park in the parking lot but valet only. That's my...

"The shower and bathroom sink had visible mold around the edges, as did the area around the toilet. The overall condition of the bathroom was disappointing and made it feel unclean and uninviting. It certainly wasn't an environment where we felt comfortable taking a shower and relaxing. Additionally, the room had a strong smell of what seemed to be bug spray, which made the overall experience less pleasant. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't take the time to report these issues during our...

"Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Perfect for a night layover close enough to all the amenities !"

"Pretty terrible hotel shouldn’t be listed as a hotel it’s literally a run down motel… Payed $250 a night no working AC in the room smell of mold and damp carpets. It was a nightmare if I would of known I would of just paid the $550 a night at a fancier place just to have some piece of mind that I wasn’t going to be infested with bed bugs. Yeah I would skip this one I rather sleep in my car next time."
