Events with more than 8 guests on the property (not staying overnight)need to be agreed to in advance and will include an additional cleaning fee.
Should there be ongoing noise disruption ,our security company will be called to the property.if they deem the noise levels from street disruptive to excessive it will result in a security call out fee of $500 and possibly eviction.
Security bond (refund able deposit) of $1500 is required for each stay and is in addition to the booking charge.The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages,missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay ,even if it exceeds the bond amount.
No smoking allowed. How to use the home theater function: There are usage pictures on the cabinet in the home theater room. Use the white and black remote controls to turn on the screen and amplifier. The system will automatically set to HDMI1. If not, use the white remote control source to adjust to HDMI1. . When watching movies or surfing the Internet, use the black remote control to adjust to BD/DVD status. If you want to sing, press the red button on the back of the karaoke machine to turn on the karaoke machine. Adjust the black remote control to CBL/SAT, then adjust it to PC, turn on the microphone and you can sing. Pool functions are controlled remotely and cannot be manually controlled by guests. When you need to use the pool spa function, notify HOST and you cannot manually adjust it yourself. Not injure, if the guest manually adjust the system to cause the damage of the pumps, the guest will need to pay for the fees for repairing or replacement.
