"We booked this place for a family of 5 plus two grandparents. The flat is really big but poorly laid out. It had four bedrooms but only one toilet, separate from the bathroom. It really needs another toilet, there is plenty of space! There was no book explaining how everything works, and the electricity cut out when we switched the cooker on, leaving us having to work out how to sort the fuse box ourselves. Boiler was not good enough for us all to have hot showers so some of us had to shower in cold water. The flat was so hot - there was no AC and only some of the windows have netting and even then, flies would come in and disturb us. The living room was not big enough for everyone. Lastly, there was no key to the upstairs flat so no privacy or security from the people who live downstairs. To be fair, we did not raise any of these issues, as we were only there for two nights in July. The location is good but the flat needs much improvement."
