From the breathtaking views to the immaculate grounds, the gorgeous pools, and the luxurious, comfortable rooms, every detail is meticulously maintained. It truly is an oasis that makes you feel instantly relaxed. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the **incredible staff**. They provided genuine, professional, and proactive hospitality from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant servers and housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We also had the distinct pleasure of meeting **Mr. Chu**, who was nothing but pleasant and delightful to talk with. He exemplifies the warm and welcoming spirit of the entire resort team. We cannot recommend SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakerta highly enough. The combination of the beautiful property and the truly excellent staff makes it the perfect choice for a special Bali getaway. We are already planning our return!"

"Our stay at the Udaya was wonderful, the grounds amazing. Loved our own little pool villa. Staff very accommodating. The only thing I would recommend would be that the shuttle times they only went 2 hourly, 1 hourly would have been so much better "

"One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. Top notch quality facilities, courteous staff, excellent buffet breakfast with extensive variety, everything we tried was excellent. Very clean pool, not crowded at all (we stayed in September), excellent view of the forest. -25 mins from main Ubud markets and monkey forest, which is not bad if you want to stay away from noise and crowds. "I loved the large swimming pool, the location by the beach and only 10 min walk to Icon Mall. The breakfast buffet has good varieties. Staff is super helpful anf friendly. It has a fitness center that opens 24×7. The only disappointment is it does not have a sauna and the wait for elevators can take a long time."
