"The hotel and room are dated, reminded us of the hotel in American Horror Story. Unfortunately even with the room make up card on the door the room was not made up after the first night and had to request items from reception"

"Last week I stayed at this hotel, and this was my second stay. I had a conference in another place (Szczyrk), and after the conference I stayed here for flight connection. Smooth check-in, great breakfast and relatively late check-out time (12:00). Almost nothing to complain. One thing I would say, ..."

"It's a great apartment. However it listed laundry and dryer in the facilities. It only has a washing machine and a rack. We managed but couldn't do our laundry, which was why we booked that apartment. Also, although our host explained how to go between the parking and the lift, we found it very confusing. ..."
