"The staff in this hotel are fantastic, stayed many times, but did notice this time the staff were a little under pressure working flat out, but the staff all happy as usual maybe in busy times more staff should be employed. Still a great hotel with so much history and very reasonable rates"

"The main concern I had during my stay was the fact that the lift was out of action and had to take 4 flights of stairs to get to and from my room. Aside from this, I did not use any of the communal facilities, as I was out quite a lot around the city. The room itself was tidying enough. The view was nothing to speak about. Really, the weather was nice. The general noise in the hotel was moderate. I guess."
