"Clean room, tons of space, friendly staff, great location, no complaints at all. Only area of improvement is the parking situation, both how limited it is (understandable due to the area) and the fact it is chargeable, outside of that an outstanding hotel which we will definitely visit again."

"Well equipped and almost brand new. Certainly a premium property in the area. The team were very efficient, helpful, friendly and professional. The unit we booked alphas a maintenance issue, so we were moved and upgraded. All was seamless and the team made sure we had a good time."

"Very welcoming; everything for a cream tea was provided! The accommodation is modern, clean, private, comfortable with sea views and parking. It had everything we needed for a relaxing week away. Ilfracombe is a great base for walking the coast path and visiting local beaches"

"On the whole a good stay, few issues with parking but these got sorted quickly. Slight damp problem in bathroom and oven switch bit stiff. Perfect location."

"My family and I stayed in this lovely house in Porthcawl. Conveniently situated with shops and the beach nearby. Quiet house with lots of room. "

"We had a few nights stay at this delightful cottage which was very comfortable and cosy. Situated in rural countryside with some very nice pubs in the surrounding areas, one within walking distance. The house catered for all out needs with very comfy beds with large thick towels provided. The house has a large log stove and two fridge/freezers and a local cockerel which is very vocal first this in the morning. Not far to some great beaches like Instow. "We had a wonderful stay following a super warm welcome. The staff members are amazing. The only feedback I would share would be to consider telling guests that there are steep steps and steep slopes to the accommodation and giving people the option to book lower floor properties. The swimming pool wasn’t very warm but was a nice extra. The property smelled really badly when we arrived so we had to buy air fresheners to extinguish the smells. The toilet roll and kitchen roll is very poor quality, so take your own. There was no restaurant onsite and the accommodation was very rural, it’s a real shame as this could have made such a difference. The bar area could have been made more cosy, they’ve tried to balance family games with a bar atmosphere and it didn’t feel quite right. The staff were so wonderful and welcoming and made such a difference. The little shop onsite was very welcome and appreciated. "
